Can anyone say if you think that this is a Indian WW2 Para wing and if its period?

oh yes agreed , notice also how the thread has been aged /dirtied Before the badge is constructed as apposed to aging the finished badge ,also the backing material is usually the outer sacking the bales of yarn are delivered in.
