Default ID needed on possible Indian Badge

I had recently posted this badge in Colonial Police, thinking it had a Kenyan Police connection. Was told that it might actually be Indian. I have looked through many of the threads and had not seen it yet. Does anyone recognize this piece.
Thanks
Jack

This is one that came in a group of mainly Police related badges. It was marked as Kenya Special Police, KSP.

I got the Khairpur bit from an old States Forces badge I used to own but missed the police connection - stupidly, I own - and was still trying to fit 'SP' into a military unit as I scrolled down. Colour me embarrassed!

Well done, Jack. The visual clue for me is no antelope [Kemya] have branched horns! So gotta be European or Asian.
