5th Royal Irish Lancers

What do you make of this one ? The WM pennants and 5 are held in place with wire fittings. And for a cast badge, is not badly made. A well made OR's badge ?

It's not made by an official supplier however does bear some resemblance to the better quality Indian-made bazaar badges.
