I bought this pair amongst some sundry WW2 Formation badges. Can anyone identify them please? 7cm long by 1.5cm wide.

It's the regimental flash of 12th Bn The Devonshire Regiment as worn when serving with 77th Division before its conversion to the air landing role in 1943.
