Default ROYAL NAVY OFFICERS CAPS NAMED
HI these walked in to work last week , named to K-HALL-PATCH .

Not checked any first war service but in WW2 I believe he was inspector of enginnering ??

Any help or details .please feel free to add

This really was a case of having these held out to me an " do you REALLY want these things .....????? as there going in the bin if you dont "
