Default Royal Newfoundland Regiment

Royal Newfoundland Officers Badge. I want to say this is a cap badge, however the 2 post attachment throws me a bit. Could this be for different use with this type of attachment or is cap correct? Scully marked. Either way a real beauty.

A beautiful officer's badge. Absolutely stunning. The screw posts are typical fasteners for the forage cap. Scarce.

Hi Irish,

Wow- - well done indeed, looks to be in 'new' condition, really stunning and thanks for sharing this beauty.

Cheers, Roy.

Thanks Roy, it is crisp in appearance, from an old collection, which had been covered in plastic and stored in a garage for a number of years. Probably had not been handled in over 30 years is my estimate.

I will post some others as time allows.

Default NEWFOUNDLAND OFFICER'S CAP BADGE

Very nice condition. I think everyone on here's dream is to find an old collection stored in a garage. Good for you.

That is a very scarce badge, being the KC version.
