WW1 certificate

I came across this certificate and thought it may be of interest to you chaps and ladies, it was awarded to a Spr Fred Ibbotson RE on his return to Blyth Northumberland from WW1,it is a very nice award from the Blyth Military Merit and Homecoming Committee. I have contacted Blyth council in the hope they can do something useful with it due to it being the 100th anniversary of the wars end this year. Sadly I have been unable to contact any surviving family members.
