Default Help needed to ID a couple of badges
Hi
Can someone help me with these? The first one looks to be Indian or Middle Eastern. The second? I don't even know the order of the acronym!

The first one is Sultan of Omans armed forces. No clue on the second

Second one is South African Railways / Suid Afrikaanse Spoorwee, hence the SAR/S on the badge.
