Default 17th Lancers for eval....

Hello All,

This one seems to have *the look* of a real one, but I’ve been unpleasantly surprised by 17th badges once or twice in the past. Am looking forward to what ya’ll here might think! Thanks!

G'day Mark

That Motto looks to be the "flat, long nosed" variety from the 20's and is a good one.

Regards

Phil.

Thank you Phil! Neat to have one from this period!!! Would you say it’s pre or post amalgamation?

G'day Mark

Its hard to say with the Mottoes, but allowing that amalgamation was in 1922 I'd say its post amalgamation.

I hope that helps.

Regards

Phil.

Thanks, Phil, It would seem then that there’s an 80% likelihood that it’s post-amalgamation
