Somerset Light Infantry laurel pattern

Just wondered about this one, it was from a general seller on ebay, not expensive. Its very new in appearance, I know nothing about this badge except a link to Somerset LI.

Any comments will be both interesting and helpful

This one is said to have been worn by the 3rd special reserve battalion, which were formed from the Militia, It does look a bit new as you say, best regards, Kevin
