Indeed, when you look at this sort of thing, the obvious thing to do first is simply to ask yourself, if, what you are looking at appears to be one hundred years old, if it does not, the chances are it won't be!
Quite frankly, examples like that will not fool anyone and I would actually be surprised to see anyone, other than the odd ebay idiot, trying to sell them as original.
