10th Royal Hussars last pre anodised type?
A 10th Royal Hussars badge I picked up this morning. Not the type of construction I've seen before on this regiment.
I bought it because of the 11mm Gaunt mark. I have an idea this may be the last type of bimetal badge produced,no sweat holes, before the introduction of the anodised aluminium version????? Any other thoughts on this one? Cheers Tony.

The first pattern of a/a badge mirrored this ones proportions. It looks fine to me as a post WW2 badge.

Here is what I think is the large J R GAUNT LONDON marked AA? I only have a front image example of this one.... does anyone have a front and back image of the real thing?
The H W Timings version is different in detail to this one.......
