Default RRF badge

Just acquired today,a full size RRF badge.

No hackle holder on the rear and spike fitting on the back rather than the usual long lugs.

Im thinking possibly a brazzard badge for the Regimental Police or similar ?

Has anyone come across anything like this ?

I think you will find it is the one from one of the commercial sales collections that have been on here a number of times.

Default RRF

This is the Danbury Mint version in anodised aluminium. No hackle holder but fitted with 2 foldable lugs 19mm long.

It'll be for a Regimental Police Brassard.

Thanks very much,i had a feeling it might be.
Obviously different regiments have different setups on their RP brassards.I know the DWR used a collar rather than a cap badge on theirs. The Staffords had the glider arm badge in metal on theirs.
