G'day,

This button is marked to the BANGALORE RIFLE VOLUNTEERS. The maker's name on the back is, " . HOBSON & SONS LONDON. W."

According to Google, it seems that the BRV were around for a reasonable period of time from the second half of the 1800s and went through a couple of name changes.

Can anyone give a hint as to the possible usage period of this button?

Thanks!

Donny B.
