ASC and then 15th londons as he has black buttons typical of a rifle regt. The bottom of the badge is obscured by a chinstrap.

The POW badge does have a name plate..... look at the inset.... you will see it sticking up from behind the strap on the left?........ ah no..... its the ICH DIEN Scrolls .... thats whats sticking up!

Yes 15th Btn

It also proves that the scrolls were not "dinged" upwards..... but Horizontal to the badge

in the first picture is the horseshoe a farriers badge or a div badge?

Hi Philip

I suspect a Farrier's badge. The ASC would have needed plenty of them in the Great War
