SAS Printed Wing

Hi everyone, I hope you all might help identify this above Wing, it could be nothing more than a fashion accessory or maybe a French/Belgium item?

I don’t believe it can be for wear, for a start it’s quite Big!

It is actually Very well made, with left Wing symmetrical to the right, Crown is a bit weird and Chute Colouring is good as are the Wings.

I would appreciate any of your thoughts on just what it is and what it may have been used for, have pulled backing back slightly so you can see it is printed!
