Gentlemen
I wondered if I could be helped with this one, I can’t find one with the laurels around it ?

Isn't this the badge of a RAOC Conductor for tropical use.

I think you mean ‘Staff’ Sergeant Major First Class, Tinto? These were the equivalent of AOC Conductors, but within the ASC.

Royal Arms and Wreath, } Of equal rank, seniority by date of promotion.

Conductor
Staff Sergeant Major, 1st Class
Schoolmaster, 1st Class
Master Gunner, 1st Class, with gun below.
