Default Photo to be dated

Good afternoon,

I have received this photo with a lot of French ones. I would need your advice about the date. HMS Liverpool was in service in Mediterranean Fleet between October 1945 and 1952. Sir Algernon Willis was Commander-in-Chief, Mediterranean Fleet between April 1946 and July 1948. Thank you
