Default Hertfordshire Regiment interesting?

I spotted this image on google, thought it may be of interest, note the T HERTS collar titles worn as collars. https://goo.gl/images/4Bf3xO

I have seen a studio portrait of a Herts man wearing shoulder titles as a collar badges, I thought I actually owned it, but thus far I can't find it

Thanks for taking the time to post that Tony.

There are quite a few published images of the Hertfordshire Regiment wearing shoulder titles on the collar during the Great War. There was a brief discussion on this practice in this thread

Default HERTFORDSHIRE REGIMENT

Can anyone tell me what this approximately 2" badge is? It almost looks like trench art, i.e. not original?

Regards, Ellis
