Default North Somerset Yeomanry 44 RTR

I am currently preparing a special edition of The Formation Signthe Military Heraldry Society's journal to mark 100 years of the RTR.

I am seeking a decent useable photo or scan of the white metal title NSY/44RTR (Westlake 241 as attached) to use in journal.

Can anyone help please?

Jon

Excellent. Many thanks. He sounds a rather good chap - I'm sure that the Yeomanry did well by him. Mike

Default NSY

Jon,

Photos of blue Patrols in my collection.

Collar badges North Somerset Yeomanry GvR; buttons are WM KC; the Regimental NCO rank badge is QC.

If only it could talk I imagine it would tell you it had been worn by various generations of NCO, and had been adapted along the way.

Stephen.
