Default Colonel Edward James Bruce 10th Earl of Elgin
Although not Canadian, he really belongs here since he is in the uniform of the Colonel of the Elgin Regiment, Royal Canadian Armoured Corps.

Great photo Mike! What is the source/date? I'm guessing 1940's, Post SWW?
He was the Elgin's Honourary Colonel from '38-'68.
Is it possible to get a hi-res copy of this for my files?
