Default Cadet Badge

Why the motto or title scroll in Greek? And what does it translate to?

It's the # 142, St-Andrews College Highland Cadet Corps from Aurora, Ontario.Their motto is " Dileas Gu Brath"* the same as for the 48th Highlanders, could it be possible that it appears on the badge but in greek...........or it's just the school motto.

Here is a page from the cadet corps' web site that shows the badge clearly.

Scroll down a bit to see it.

You can't see squat of the badge details.
Keep Googling.

The badge is in Mazeas' Canadian Militia Badges Pre 1914, 1990, CD 26, Page 181.
