Default Proficiency Badges 1905

Dress Regulations of 1905 state the following:

Testing: Outline of a Testing Key in red,

distinguished, Outline of a Testing Key in gold.

Electric Lighting: Outline of a Electric globe in red,

distinguished, Outline of a Electric globe in gold.

Does anyone known what the dress regulations is referring to?

If so, please reply with any information or a picture.

Just a stab in the dark, but I suspect the outline of a "Testing Key" refers to the outline of a Morse code key that you tap with your finger to send the messages, and the globe is just a light bulb outline.
