Default 19th Regiment helmet plate

Gentlemen
Thoughts on this one please, I thought it can’t be original and I just spotted so I thought I would share it.
Kind regards Chay

The original lugs on these badges are almost always missing so the ones on this plate may well be replacements.

My 8th Foot example is attached to the display board by thin gold wire around the base of the crown rather than try and get some non original lugs fitted.

( my example came from a very good source in Yorkshire )

P.B.
