Any thoughts on this one? Only one is in full uniform, interwars I think and he has the bomb above his nco stripes so RE I assume.

Also shown a colour pic of one in my collection for RE, though that in the B&W pic looks to be the opposite way around, dark, light, dark, light,dark, so blue,red,blue,red,blue.

My other thought was Royal Marines.

Definately an RE flash.

The discrepancy in the colours is purely down to early film - technical stuff that I dont try to understand but makes light colours look dark and vice versa.
