Hi,
I know of another similar SG badge with this mark, I had offered it up on the forum a while back but there were no takers, if now resides elsewhere.
I would be inclined to think Uniquip were not the maker but sourced this from an established badge manufacturer and this is their retail mark.

I would agree that they are an outfitters and the badge is commercially sold and not lugged as per the s/p.
