A unique uniform

Here's an interesting uniform - the only soldier in the army who currently wears the insignia of the 8th/13th Victorian Mounted Rifles (who became part of 4th/19th PWLH around 1994).

Shown here in patrol whites which is now only worn at RMC.

He is the announcer at all the official parades at the Royal Military College (Duntroon).
