Default TOS and UDF what's going on?

Can anybody explain what's going on here?

The shirt has been cut off short at the bottom and has a weird mix of TOS and UDF insignia, the belt is not Trucial Oman Scouts but Union Defence Force and as for the book - well you can probably buy one in the second hand book shops off Trafalgar Square for a fiver.

Same winning bidder in each case who has placed three £500 bids in the last seconds.

My flabber is gasted!

My thoughts exactly! And I have three different editions of the TOS/UDF word list in my book case.

I think you’re quite right Eddie, either the world has gone quite mad or there’s something that somebody is not telling us. On another point though - I knew I had something slightly more official amongst my swagger stick collection which I’ve always assumed to be Iraq Levies - had a devil of a job finding it though! Crossed Jambiya’s above Palm Tree and the word Iraq?

Zob.

I think you are probably right, with the tiny provision that these items were always unofficial and maybe this is simply a stick offered to soldiers/airmen serving in Iraq?
