my copy of Churchill has this design as 2nd Warwickshire Rifle Volunteer Corps #181, p41.

The relevant text and image from C Churchill, the history of the British Army Infantry Collar Badge, 2002 Naval & Military press. The badge is quite different from that worn by the regular Bn's.
