Default Enamelled Shoulders / Sweethearts?

Over the summer I acquired two shoulders / sweetheart pins that have enamel on them. I was wondering if anyone has previous experience with this sort of badge. They are both well made with no makers marks. The Newfoundland one, in the middle, has a name scratched on the back of ______ Pearce.
Thank you
Don

I agree with Dan. These were likely sweetheart pins.
