Default Lincs VB, militia or regulars?

Can anyone tell me by the tunics whether these are regulars or not? I would have thought they would have had jam pot cuffs if they were regulars?

These chaps have collars and cuffs in white.

I wonder if they are not Lincs at all but some other wearer of the sphinx collars?

That was why i was interested. I don't think that they are Manchesters as the Manc tail was more pronounced.

I am thinking that they must be VB as the regular facings would be the same for militia uniforms.

Perhaps a VB of the South Wales Borderers, whose green facings were returned in 1905. That said not all VBs wore the same colour facings as their parent regiment, so the exact pattern of collar badge will be key I think.
