Default Some challenge coins...

Hi

Although I am generally not a fan of the recent (to me) proliferation of coins in our Armed Forces, I've been meaning to post some of the ones I've gotten over the years.

Here's a nice example of a well-made coin.

regards
Darrell

Hi

A couple of the first coins I had ever gotten.

The Guidon one was a gift from the Guild to each member of the Regt and the PoW one was only for the members of the Guard in Sudbury.

regards
Darrell

Hi Mike

Yes, mine is just the KAF EOD team though. They were primarily USAF and USN Techs and only worked within the 5km AOR of KAF and on base clearing piles of old Russian ordnance.

Yours seems to be a whole counter-IED element operating all over the RC South AO perhaps. More Army types. I have some formal TET operator training and recognize the other Teams named. Which "ROTO 3" was that?

regards
Darrell

Good thread. Challenge coins are a collecting area unto themselves. I wonder if anyone is documenting them?

Hi Bill

It won't be me. Despite the fact I don't care for the "fashion", I seem to end up with them!!

Here's the previous Boss's one given to me.

regards
Darrell

Darrell,

You should start having little regard for diamonds...

Hi Roy

Unless you missed a word in your post, I'm already there!

I suppose I am somewhat proud of this one though.

Hi

And just today, I get another!

For Sqn members.

I quite like the tank sprocket design though.
