Default French airforce, cavalry, 20th leger

Hi Mike,

Nothing to do with airforce ... the "20e Escadron Leger du Levant" is a french period cavalry unit raised after 1927 in Lebanon with Alawites.

Be careful, theater made badges are very faked..

Hi Mike,

As far as I remember, this unit was only cavalry.

But there were various armoured cars and tanks units in Lebanon and Syria in 1920/40.
In french, a good article in Militaria magazine n°61 (august 1990)
