Thought I might add this one to the discussion. Excuse the flash on this as these anodized badges are really bright. The initials in the scroll are RSLMF. Is this related to Sierra Leone, Militia Force?

It is lugged and a collar badge

I believe it to be Royal Sierra Leone Military Forces.
