Default REME AA 'RA Hughes'

Morning all. I'm putting together a collection of all REME cap and collar badges, both metal and AA, officer and OR's.
I've seen somewhere that there was an AA badge by the maker 'RA HUGHES', is this correct? If so has anyone got one, and could they please post pics of both front and rear. Even better, has anyone got one to spare?
Also, I have an AA badge with MM 'JR GAUNT LONDON' on a brass slider. I then have 'JR GAUNT B'HAM' on both brass and AA sliders. Was the LONDON badge ever produced on an AA slider or do I assume that the MM was changed to B'HAM before the AA slider was introduced by Gaunt.
As I don't collect any other AA badges, I cannot justify buying Chris Marsh's excellent book on AA badges. Thanks in advance for any info.

John, I have had a look through my REME a/a collection and cannot see one made by RA HUGHES Ltd.

I have an AA REME MM (In the smallest font I've ever seen on a badge) is LONDON BADGE AND BUTTON CO LTD. I can't be too sure exactly what stops etc are in there as my eyes aren't up to it.

Over two years now since the last post, and I still haven't found any REME AA badge maker marked 'RA HUGHES'. Apparently it does exist, but again does any member have one or a photo? The search continues. Must be a really scarce badge!

I have checked my REME a/a badges again but NO RA HUGHES mark.
I have looked at Chris Cunniffe listing and he show's no REME badge and if Mike H hasn't got one I would say there is not one made.
My opinion.
Jerry.

I don't have one marked RA Hughes. I have both 2 piece and 1 piece badges. Have a word with Bess or GusGemma they may have one if it was produced.
