Default Walt alert at Goodwood

His Corps would be proud of him! (Keep her and throw Walt back!)

Notwithstanding him being one collar dog (not RCT, but what?) 'diffy' - the RSM and/or the Adjutant would have had a lovely time with that - the yellow silk tie sealed the deal for me!

He's entering the spirit (albeit not accurately), he's just playing the part like everyone else.... he's wearing ww2 medals, a modern officers cap and is just playing really, not pretending to actually be a soldier

Two points of interest:

1. In photo number 8 his tie has been coloured with the left-over hair dye from his escort;

2. The GI female on the right in photo number 1 has an armband showing the letters 'AFF'. To a soldier this looks like a NAFFI member of staff who should be serving tea and scones rather than sitting on their backside wooing photographers!

Logical to a point, but NAAFI is NAAFI!

Just goes to show you, don't it ?
Put on a uniform of a "highly specialised unit" the RCT, ......... and as per usual the girls are gagging for you, ...... again, lbeit i remember a right few pigs in amongst them. Lol

But hey guys, if he was trying to be a proper "Walt" he would've invested in the wrong full sized medals as well.

But for an RCT officer he's done rather well i thought. lol

At least his uniform fits, i'd have to use a 12x12 tent now, ......

Ken (The fatboy)

No, this is not a WALT, a WALT wears medals to deceive, this is what I believe is a 'Promanader'........I ought to know we had the King of Walts, Roger Day in our district!.

Holy medals batman... Someone should have picked up on that right away? At least here in Canada anyone with more than 4 is worth a second look, especially if they aren't campaign or jubilee medals.
