Default BUCKINGHAMSHIRE BATTALIONS

Hi team, I spotted a Buck's badge for sale from a dealer who I know has a good record. The thing is, their example for sale has a flat front and not domed like the one I attached in my albums. I've had my doubts on this one, and another in the album on it's validity. If you say that flat faced is correct, I might switch it out.

Any thoughts on the two attached.

Thanks

Simon.

In my opinion they're both good. PY.

Thanks, I wonder if there were flat types of this badge. maybe someone has one they think is legit.

I'll keep them in the album then and pass on the flat center one then.
thanks again

Simon.

Hello Simon

I’m not sure if my badge is the flat type you mentioned, but it looks a bit less recessed on the back and less raised on the front. I’ve had it a while and I hope it’s a genuine badge. Hope this helps.

Regards Alan Y

Nah, I would still say that is domed. The one I saw was totally flat where it's domed on yours and mine.
