Hi Bill,
The Prince Edward Island looks lovely - nice clear details, I wouldn't mind one just like that myself Roy.

Thanks Roy,
I have about another 20 new additions from the last few weeks. When I get time I'll post some pics and update my albums. Regards, Bill

Hi Bill, Just reviewing this post. Is there a glob of solder on the back of the 19th Dragoons at the top of the horses back?

It looks like the badge may have had a slider, then made into lugs

It has got a blob of solder on. Would this be the positioning of a slider?
Bill

Its possible, after 1960's this regt used a slider when the badges were used by the cadet corps

Agree with Mike. The badge appears to have been re-lugged. It was worn by the reserve army regiment until it was reduced to nil strength and placed on the SOB (Supplementary Order of Battle) in 1965. As Mike says it continued in wear by the cadet corps.
