Help needed - Endici
Hi
Can any forum member help me get in touch with Endici. I have written them 2 emails over 2 weeks but no reply. Couple of months ago they posted me a badge which never arrived but to be fair agreed to refund, but I said I would set it off against another purchase. finally i bought something and paid for it on Mar 17, but have not heard from them since. Other ebay sellers make it a point to say they have dispatched the item but endici never does. Atleast I have never got any such intimation. And it takes ages to get a reply. On an earlier occasion too I had to call them up to get a response. I send them an email a couple of days ago to ask if my item has been delivered but no reply yet. I tried again but the phone is going into voicemail. Can somebody who knows them in the UK please help. Sunil |

have done..on the 20th March and again on 30 March ..no reply..my expereince is that he hardly ever replies - and then I have to spend on international calls to get him on the phone..most unprofessional...

Finally got him on the phone..was on holiday for 2 weeks.
But they had not posted my badge even after 2 weeks of payment and he had to look up his books to see what became of it. If I had not called I might not have got it probably. Wouldn't be surprised if the same had happened with a button i won earlier .. Am very disappointed as he's supposed to be a reliable dealer... |

He is a reliable dealer . . .
Very often buyers do not seem to notice that dealers 'holiday settings' are on, (in the form of a banner announcement at the top of each listing), this will give a return date so a delay should be expected. Last year, whilst we were at the War & Peace show, a buyer bought a badge, sent 3 increasingly aggressive e-mails anf finally left negative feedback, all during our absence, simply because he could not be bothered to read the listing fully. Now, if going away for more than a couple of days, I turn all listings off to avoid such a repeat. T |
