Default MNC/NMC button
Does anyone know the identity of this button? Backmark 'Special Quality'.

May be either MNC or NMC. I have ideas for each and every letter, but only speculation.

Something to do with the Merchant Navy I think. Not sure what the 'C' stands for though. Canada?
