hello there peeps , im looking for some info on a cap badge , Anson battalion, and where i could maybe sell i , thanks appreciated IMG_0276 (1).jpg

sorry rockape never thought to do so, it has 1 bent clasp and 1 broken which would need repair

Hi Crawfish, info on the battalion here

If the badge is judged to be original by those who specialise in this area of collecting then it will be quite desirable. Be aware however that this is one of the many badges that have been reproduced/faked over the years and will therefore only be worth a couple of quid as a space filler.
If you post a photo of the back you might get a few opinions as to its originality.

appreciate the info folks , now i have took a bit of time to study the badge and i believe it to be an original , although im no expert , what would be the value, if anyone knows, of the badge ,

I do not claim to be an expert, but IMO it looks original. Price, about £75, again I'm not a dealer so don't keep an eagle eye on auctions. If you offer it for sale on the forum I'm sure somebody will give you a fair price for it.
