Dieppe 75

Today is the 75th anniversary of the Dieppe Raid of 19th August 1942.

Please remember the Canadians and the Commandos who fought on land, plus the sailors and airmen of the free world who supported and transported them.

Dieppe was also the first time that American ground forces fought in Europe in WW2, although they were only a token force, they were there.
