Default Possible German patch

I think this may be HQ Battery of 1st Artillery Regt, Germany, but can anyone confirm this for me, please?
If not, is it possibly Austrian?
Any suggestions welcome.

Cool Patch

It looks Belgian to me, but I know nothing on continental cloth badges.

Thanks Gentlemen. However, I still think Stb Bt is German for Stab Batterei, and that AR1 stands for Artillerie Regiment 1.
Does anyone recognize whether the small shield with a lion on a green background is the badge of a German Province as that might be a clue?
Any other suggestions would be welcome.

Staff and Staff Battery of 1 Artillery Regiment had a red shield with crossed gun barrels in black with a prancing white horse above in 1984.

Thanks for your input, everyone. Hopefully some one may come up with the answer.
I am happy for you to try another forum, Just, in the hope it can be identified.

I think you will find that this is an Austrian (Bundesheer) unit from the Steiermark area. That is where the little crowned shield and Lion come from.

Thank you Marc and a special thank you for Didier for positively identifying it as an Austrian patch. I am also grateful for the link to the Austrian Army website showing its patches.
Didier, if you know any collectors in Austria who may be interested in trading Austrian patches for current UK patches, please let me know as I have a number of items available for trade. Ich spreche ein bischen Deutsch!
Thanks again,
Fred
