Default Identification of a CEF patch

Would any member be able to identify this patch? It came in a box of CEF material, and there is a similar patch on a uniform held by the Canadian War Museum. Unfortunately, the CWM does not have a postive id on the uniform or patch. (I posted this sometime ago, but taking another stab.)

The evidence indicates something for the reinforcement stream.
