Default Ive seen similar backing on badges too

ONce in hand im hoping to try and ID the owner as its coming with some Stars and a War and Defence medal. One MID.

Default I imagine Force 136 THEN

Thanks for the interest guys.
DUe to the rest of the items in the group i acquired, i would think it has Force 136 connotations. Not to raise the price or anything, but the Burma star and Far East pattern wing would point to this thought.

Lovely items - you could well be right re Far East connection given the star too- Context of a group of items is a good thing
