Hi there
The SF patch is a commercial made fantasy piece, modern era manufacture. Both appear to be computer generated embroidered patches. I think the other is the same. Phill |

The second patch may well have been made for an Air Force (USAF, RAF, other?) training unit? Courses design their own patches and wear them throughout training. They are very hard to acquire, ID etc. The aircraft doesn't look like a fast jet type, camouflaged, aggressive etc, but you may be able to identify it and it's colour scheme, thereby hopefully the country.

Looks similar to RAF markings on the tail. University Air Squadron related? Regards, Paul.

Its a basic flight training type aircraft- bit like a Bulldog-joke being I should think is that it is armed up with weapons as a front line aircraft if diplomacy fails... It could have been made up for a course. I think some RAAF basic flight training aircraft for cadets may still use similar tail markings.http://www.aafc.org.au/what-we-do/powered-flying/ Hope you find out for sure. Regards, Paul.

The SF patch is 100% modern made IMHO, I have the exact same design (if memory serves, along with the SF teardrop patch and the SF crest, and Kill em' all, let god sort em' out IIRC), and it was sold to me by Scooby Doo... who had rather a large box of them, The manufacture of mine is older, and apologies, slightly nicer I think, but still 99.999% a copy, I bought 4 different ones at the time, I believe they were/are made by a US military insignia company specifically for the collectors market (I believe all their items are copies and non-genuine from what I've heard on US collectors groups recently).
