As they are Gunners (Royal Artillery) they must be doing a favour for an Armoured Regiment equipped with Challenger!
Pretty sure it is actually the front of an FV432 Tim

Ha.....cracking photo. It takes 2 RA chaps to do this job, and notice the senior is doing the painting.
