Default Could someone please identify this Arabic collar badge?
This collar badge-shoulder title came in a job lot of badges bought at auction. It appears to be in Arabic script. Can anyone please translate.Arabic or let me know who wore such badges? Thank you.

This badge may be offered for sale on the forum if I decide not to keep it.
