general question about australian colour patches
hi all
can anyone explain why in the past 5 yrs there have been many WW1 woven colour patches for sale? they are regularly on ebay and in local auctions. i've collected for many years and only ever saw a handful up until a few years back. anyone have any thoughts? here is a 1st LHR pair cheers bc |

There were a large box of these found in an old factory ( in Victoria Melbourne) that use to make these and these were made in 1919 approx to go on come home tunics. Some were water damaged there were also overseas chevrons.
