FIRMIN ENGLAND
I brought this badge, Queen's Own Gurkha Transport Regt (silver & gilt?) at MILITARY ODYSSEY this w/e and found this maker mark which I have not seen before-
FIRMIN with ENGLAND underneath. Has this been seen before or is it a new mark?? Sorry for dark pictures but overcast when taken.

Funny you mention this Jerry,i was looking at one on E..y the other day.Same makers mark,same badge. Not come across it on anything else to be honest.Im sure someone will post something with it on.I cant believe its a one off.
The badge appears to be the better quality QOGTR badge,ive seen some where the scrolls are dull,these I believe are the early ones. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2615650853...84.m1435.l2649
